Operations Performance
Efficiency of manufacturing or services is typically the cornerstone of high performance value creation. Addressing operational performance through operator training, process tweaking or management intervention will provide some benefit. However a redesign of processes, machines or value streams, if done correctly, can generate step function improvement with less operator effort or error.
We provide opportunity assessments to highlight or confirm high leverage opportunities. Working with stakeholders, we analyze current state, define future state, and implement process and/or value stream changes. We pull on the tools of lean, six sigma,, constraint management, simulation, and maintenance excellence to support and sustain transformations.
